Outcomes

Four things every team leaves with.

A finished song.

One song everyone helped write. Plays at the next all-hands. The "you had to be there" thing.

Real collaboration.

Storytelling, listening, building on each other's ideas. The skills your team needs, dressed up as music.

Memory that lasts.

Not a tote bag. Not a t-shirt. A song with everyone's contribution still in it.

Recap material.

Photos, video, a polished demo, lyric sheet with everyone's name. Built into the deliverable.
